The staff ensured every detail was perfect, from restaurant recommendations to swift taxi service. The room was clean. The interior design featured stylish and witty details. I particularly appreciated the nightly turndown service and the high-quality amenities provided in the room. The location proved unbeatable, with easy walks to many key attractions.
The bed sheets lacked softness. I found them slightly rough against my skin.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to the West End. It was very convenient. Nearby parks provided opportunities for peaceful walks. They were beautiful. The proximity to shopping areas like Regent Street and Bond Street simplified exploration and also added to my experience.

friendly staff super clean rooms stylish interior witty details
The staff's warmth and friendliness really stood out. I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Rooms were super clean and beautifully decorated. I particularly loved the stylish interior design. The whitty details made me want to return.
The hotel lacks its own gym. Guests use an external gym, but it's a bit far, approximately ten minutes away.

Bar drinks were of top quality, the service was very good. I ordered breakfast separately and got a delicious omelette. The restaurant provided an really good experience for a special celebration.

individual control blackout curtains super clean housekeeping
my superior room had individual climate control and blackout curtains. i found a well-stocked minibar and complimentary bottled water. the housekeeping service kept everything super clean and i appreciated that.
the elevator felt a bit slow during peak hours.
